- If the desired item is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product of equal value can be provided. 

- Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part. 

- To process an exchange, we require the complete order details and a clear picture of the order slip that comes with your delivery. 

REFUND POLICY

 - Refunds are only available if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
